“Am I wasting my time?”

Unless you’re currently illustrating your latest and greatest, much-anticipated children’s book, or finishing your umpteenth cover for The New Yorker, or depositing massive endorsement checks from podcast sponsors (I wish), you may have asked yourself—at least once—if you are wasting your time.

Heck, you may be doing all of the above simultaneously, and you’re still wondering if you’re wasting your time—if you should get that real estate license. Oh, how dost thou doubt thee? Let me count the ways.
